At Trabzon Port Management Inc., we strive to prevent sea, air and noise pollution in all the activities we undertake in line with our mission to protect the environment.
Our company, which is also a Licensed Waste Reception Facility, receives bilge, sludge, waste oil, sewage, vegetable waste oil and garbage from the ships admitted to the port and disposes of them using appropriate methods.
An Emergency Response Container is present at our facility with the necessary intervention equipment as a precaution against any possible marine pollution that may occur in the aftermath of an accident.
Our company also boasts a garbage truck, a vacuum cleaner, a vacuum truck, a sewage tanker and a fire truck on-site.
