ISPS Code Certificate has been obtained forthe Port of Trabzon by full filling the provisions of the ISPS Code Contract.

The Country Code for Port of Trabzon is0114 and the IMO No is 24882.

Bilge Facilities is available at the Portof Trabzon with 2 tons per hour treatment and with 100 tons of storagecapacity.

Pilotage and Towage Services

24 Hours Pilotage Services

24 hours of pilotage and towage servicesare provided at the Port of Trabzon. According to the Trabzon Port regulation,pilotage services are provided for Turkish commercial vessels, which are 1000GT or greater that dock on the quays of the port and foreign flagged vessels,which are 150 GT or greater that dock on the quays of the port. Services areprovided with the use of 1 tugboat for vessels that are between 2.000 – 5.000GT, with the use of 2 tugboat for vessels that are between 5.001 –15.000 GT andwith the use of 3 tugboat for vessels that are 15.000 and over.

PILOTAGE AND TOWAGE SERVICES

24 hours of pilotage and towage servicesare provided at the Port of Trabzon.

According to the Trabzon Port regulation, itis requirement that pilotage services should be used and a pilot should be takenon board for Turkish commercial vessels, which are 1000 GT (Gross tonnage) orgreater that dock on the quays of the port and leave the dock and that pilotageservices should be used and a pilot should be taken on board for foreignflagged vessels, which are 150 GT or greater that dock on the quays of the portand leave the dock and vessels that are between 2.000 – 5.000 GT should use 1tugboat,  between 5.001 –15.000 GT shoulduse 2 tugboats and vessels that are15.001 and over should use 3 tugboats.
